LTMG may process information in different roles depending on the context.
1.1 LTMG as a Business or Controller
For information collected through LTMG-owned websites, sales pages, forms, demos, marketing campaigns, communications, Client Portal accounts, billing flows, analytics systems, and operational systems, LTMG generally determines the purposes and means of processing.
1.2 LTMG as a Service Provider or Processor
For information submitted through a client website hosted or managed by LTMG, LTMG may process information on behalf of the applicable client. In that context, the client may be responsible for its own privacy notices, legal bases, consent, customer communications, and compliance obligations. LTMG processes such information to provide hosting, forms, analytics, lead routing, portal services, and related operational support.
1.3 Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for ensuring that the content, forms, tracking technologies, customer communications, and data collection practices on their websites comply with applicable law. LTMG may provide technical infrastructure, but clients remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of their own business content and customer-facing practices.

Information We Collect
We collect information in several ways: directly from you, automatically through your use of the Services, from clients and business users, from service providers, from public sources, and through AI, analytics, and automation systems.
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
You may provide information to us when you contact us, request a demo, submit an intake form, create an account, use the Client Portal, purchase a subscription, upload content, submit a support request, respond to outreach, or otherwise interact with the Services. This may include:
- name, email address, phone number
- business name, company name, job title or role
- billing contact information and payment-related information
- mailing address
- website content, business descriptions, services offered, business hours
- pricing or service menu information, appointment or booking links
- social media links, Google Business Profile or map-related information
- uploaded logos, images, videos, documents, or brand assets
- domain names, DNS settings, custom domain configuration details
- portal account information and support requests
- messages submitted through forms, chat, SMS, iMessage, RCS, email, or phone

2.2 Website, Portal, and Device Information
When you access our websites, portals, demos, client websites, APIs, or hosted services, we may automatically collect information such as:

2.3 Client Portal and Account Activity
If you use the LTMG Client Portal or an account-based feature, we may collect login activity, authentication provider information, role and permission data, account status, client ID, site status, subscription tier, billing status, domain status, content edit activity, publish activity, support requests, account changes, user invitations, user role changes, audit logs, portal preferences, and activity feed events.
2.4 Hosted Website and Domain Information
For managed hosting and custom domain services, we may collect and process domain names, DNS records, registrar information, SSL certificate status, custom hostname information, domain verification data, bandwidth usage, site access logs, analytics events, page views, form submissions, lead information, published site files, draft site content, site version history, uploaded assets, website snapshots, site health data, and availability and error logs.
2.5 Communications Information
When you communicate with LTMG, we may collect email messages, SMS messages, iMessage-style messages, RCS messages, chat messages, phone call metadata, voicemail information, call notes, call recordings where enabled, call transcripts where enabled, AI-generated summaries where enabled, support tickets, delivery status, opt-in and opt-out records, message timestamps, consent records, and conversation history necessary to provide service, comply with law, and manage our business.
2.6 AI and Automation Data
LTMG uses AI-assisted systems, language models, workflow automation, analytics tools, and related technologies. We may process information through these systems to generate, review, improve, moderate, or operate the Services. This may include intake responses, business descriptions, uploaded images and brand assets, website generation prompts, AI chat messages, AI edit requests, generated website copy, generated layouts, generated images or logos, moderation results, quality assurance scores, summaries, recommendations, workflow outputs, analytics classifications, lead scoring or operational scoring, and error logs and debugging information.
2.7 Payment and Billing Information
Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers on LTMG systems. We may receive and store customer name, billing email, billing address, payment status, subscription status, invoice history, plan or tier, setup fee status, Stripe customer ID or subscription ID, transaction identifiers, refund or dispute information, and tax-related information where applicable.
2.8 Information from Third Parties and Public Sources
We may collect or receive information from third-party services, public sources, business directories, maps providers, advertising platforms, analytics providers, identity providers, payment providers, domain providers, communications providers, automation tools, and other vendors. This may include publicly available business information, advertising attribution data, analytics and conversion data, identity verification or authentication claims, payment and subscription event data, domain and DNS data, email delivery and message status, and fraud and abuse signals.

Communications, SMS, iMessage, RCS, and Phone Calls
LTMG may communicate with users, prospects, clients, and client representatives by email, phone, SMS, iMessage-style messaging, RCS, portal notification, chat, and other communication channels.
7.1 Transactional and Operational Communications
Transactional or operational communications may include account notices, security alerts, billing notices, onboarding instructions, domain and DNS updates, support responses, demo delivery notices, service status updates, client portal invitations, subscription notices, and required legal or policy notices.
Transactional and operational communications are necessary to provide the Services and may continue even if you opt out of marketing communications.
7.2 Marketing Communications
Where permitted, we may send marketing communications about LTMG products, services, offers, or updates. You may opt out of marketing emails using unsubscribe links or by contacting us.
7.3 Text Messaging Consent
If you provide a phone number, submit a form, request a demo, respond to outreach, communicate with our team, verbally authorize follow-up, or otherwise opt in, you consent to receive messages from LTMG through SMS, iMessage-style messaging, RCS, or similar channels, subject to applicable law.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP or using any other reasonable opt-out method we make available. You may request help by replying HELP or contacting us.
We may use communications providers and messaging platforms to send, receive, route, manage, record, or analyze communications. LTMG may retain opt-in and opt-out records to demonstrate compliance and manage communication preferences.
7.4 Call Recording, Transcription, and AI Summaries
Phone calls, voicemails, chats, and other support or sales interactions may be recorded, transcribed, summarized, reviewed, or analyzed for quality assurance, training, compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, dispute resolution, and service improvement. Where required by law, we provide notice or obtain consent before recording.

AI and Automated Processing
LTMG uses AI-assisted systems, generative AI, language models, image generation tools, workflow automation, analytics systems, and related technologies. AI may be used to:
- generate website copy, page layouts, images, logos, or creative assets
- summarize intake responses, enhance business descriptions, and recommend website structure
- moderate content, analyze quality, and assist with support responses or site edits
- classify leads or operational status and summarize calls, chats, or messages
- detect anomalies or abuse
AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, offensive, unexpected, or unsuitable for a particular use. Users and clients are responsible for reviewing, validating, approving, and verifying AI-generated content before publication or reliance.
LTMG does not use AI outputs as a substitute for legal, financial, tax, medical, compliance, or professional advice.
8.1 Automated Decision-Making
We may use automation to route workflows, prioritize operational tasks, identify potential abuse, classify submissions, score quality, or generate recommendations. We do not intentionally use automated processing to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about individuals without appropriate human involvement where required by law.

We may share information with vendors and service providers who help us operate the Services, including cloud hosting providers, storage providers, email and messaging providers, payment processors, authentication providers, domain and DNS providers, analytics providers, advertising platforms, AI providers, automation platforms, customer support tools, security and monitoring providers, professional advisors, and infrastructure and development vendors.
Examples may include Microsoft Azure, Azure Communication Services, Microsoft Entra ID, Cloudflare, Stripe, Blooio, n8n, Google, Meta, AI model providers, and related technology providers.
9.2 Clients and Client Representatives
For hosted client websites and portal services, information submitted through a client website or associated with a client account may be made available to the applicable client and authorized client representatives.
9.3 Business Transfers
Information may be disclosed or transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar transaction involving all or part of our business.
9.4 Legal, Safety, and Enforcement
