Websites for food trucks

Food truck websites that answer “where are you today?” before anyone asks.

Let's Think Media Group builds websites for food trucks across Rhode Island, Massachusetts and New England. Your truck moves, so the site always shows today's stop, hours and menu, calls a rain-out in one tap, and turns wedding and office-lunch inquiries into booked dates. An AI phone agent takes the call while your hands are on the griddle.

Orders up

Sound familiar?

You can cook through a Saturday rush. It's everything around it that eats you: the same question again and again, a forecast that turns at 2 PM, a wedding inquiry buried under lunch orders. Here is where the day leaks.

  1. The question

    “Where are you today?”

It lands in your DMs, your texts and the comments on last week's post. You answer one and three more arrive. The people who don't ask just go somewhere else.

  2. The forecast

Rain at 2 PM, and a lot already planned

You decide to pull out of the brewery night, then have to tell people on three apps while you're loading the truck. Someone drives over anyway and finds a shut window.

  3. The stale post

Last Tuesday's stop is still pinned

An old schedule is worse than none. Someone drives twenty-five minutes to an empty lot, and it doesn't feel like their mistake. It feels like yours.

  4. The wedding

“How much for 80 people?” with no date

A catering inquiry shows up with a headcount and nothing else, in the middle of lunch. By the time you ask the date, the venue and the allergies, they've written to the next truck.

  5. The heat

A hot kitchen and no free hands

Both hands are in the work and the phone is on the counter, buzzing. You're not ignoring anyone. You just can't be a cook and a switchboard at the same time.

A site that always knows where you are

  • A mustard-yellow food truck with its window open and a blank A-frame sign at a New England beach parking lot, dune grass and the sea behind

Today's stop, pinned at the top

One block with today's location, hours and a map link, above everything else. Change it in a minute from your phone, and the question stops arriving.

  • A charcoal-grey food truck in an autumn office-park lot with a short lunch line and picnic tables on the grass

A weekly route that reads like a timetable

Brewery nights, office-park lunches, the farmers' market and the festival weekends laid out by day and hour. Regulars plan their week around it, and nobody has to scroll a feed.

  • A food truck with its service window shuttered and awning tied down on a wet town-common lot with puddles and fallen leaves

    A one-tap rain call

Flip the day to “moved” or “called off” and the banner changes everywhere on the site at once, with your next stop under it. No retyping it on three apps with flour on your hands.

  • Smash burgers in paper boats, a cone of fries and slaw on a food truck service window ledge, a gloved hand sliding one forward

    Today's menu, with a sold-out switch

The menu is a list you control: mark the fish tacos sold out at 7 PM and they're struck through before the next customer reads it. Nobody drives over for something that's gone.

  • A navy food truck beside a white tent at a New England barn wedding reception at dusk with trays of tacos and sliders on a linen table

Catering requests that arrive with a date

Date, headcount, venue, indoor or outdoor and dietary needs, asked in the order you'd ask them. You open one message with what you need to say yes, or no, in thirty seconds.

  • Two plain-painted food trucks under red and orange maple trees at a New England town-green fall festival with hay bales and pumpkins

    Season and festival pages

A page for the fall festival, the summer beach run or the holiday party season, switched on when it matters and off when it doesn't. The page you share in a flyer or a vendor application, with the facts on it.

12:40 PM · the lunch rush

You're at the griddle. The site isn't.

It's a hundred degrees in the truck and both hands are busy. “Are you out today?” has to be answered by something that isn't you.

Today, in four lines

The flap board

Pick today's stop, tell the board the weather, and mark what's sold out. The board flips to exactly what a customer sees, with the text you'd send back. Every question it answers is one you didn't get at 11 AM. Example stops and hours, not yours.

1. Today's stop

Where is the truck?

2. The sky

What's the weather doing?

Showers change by stop: a covered patio stays open, a beach lot doesn't.

3. Sold out

Tap what you've run out of.

Voice agent for food trucks

When the phone rings in the rush

It's a Friday at 12:20 at the office-park stop. There's a line, six tickets on the rail and a phone buzzing on the counter.

  1. Friday, 12:20 PM

A caller dials the truck's number. You're flipping burgers. Your AI agent answers in the truck's name and says you're mid-service.

  2. 12:21 PM

It asks what you'd ask: the date, headcount, venue, indoor or outdoor and any dietary needs. It tells them how your catering works, exactly as you wrote it, and texts the caller your request link.

  3. 12:24 PM

A text lands: “New catering request: Saturday the 24th, about 60 guests, brewery patio, 5 PM, two vegetarian.” You check the date between tickets and reply yes.

The agent never quotes a price you haven't published, never promises a date (you confirm it) and never makes allergy claims. If someone mentions a serious allergy it takes a message and flags it to you. It works alongside the tool you already use. Text us and we'll check.
